We provide legal advice for clients in developing all components of an estate plan including drafting of wills and trusts, funding through life insurance, methods of providing for a child’s health, welfare and education, charitable giving, continuation of family owned businesses, planning for distribution of IRAs or pension benefits, and coordinating estate planning to protect multiple generations. Our attorneys provide legal advice to clients striving to eliminate or reduce taxes and avoid court intervention in their affairs. We work with clients to establish and administer trusts and represent executors, trustees, guardians, beneficiaries, conservators and others in probate estate, conservatorship or guardianship actions. Our attorneys also handle disputed probate proceedings, including will and trust contests, trustee accounting, claims and other proceedings.

In addition to our attorneys’ experience, attorneys Deborah Fish and Tim Graves hold a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
